Behind the Name
Terry
O’Brien, owner earned his Bachelor of Science degree from
Arizona State University, and his Master of Business Administration
degree from the University of Phoenix. He gained real estate
and construction experience in his early working years, and
had a very successful career in service management with Chase
Manhattan Bank. He also has been certified as a Master Black
Belt in Six Sigma Quality with the General Electric Corporation.
Prior
to the founding of O’Brien Property Consultants, Inc.,
Terry held the position of Operations Manager for Henricks Realty
and Par Construction, a real estate development and construction
company, respectively, for 8 years. He has vast experience working
with contractors, negotiating contracts and purchasing construction
materials.
Terry
holds a Real Estate Broker License in Arizona and Kansas. He
has been a member of the Board of Directors of several local
charitable organizations. Most recently, he has been involved
with the Desert Mission and Lincoln Guild of the John C. Lincoln
Health Foundation in Phoenix Arizona.
Rob
Montee is a senior employee for O’Brien Property Consultants,
Inc. He retired from the Postal Service with 30 years of service
and joined our firm. He is presently Property Manager of Kensington
Court Apartments, in Parsons, KS. He serves as Project Coordinator
for the many rehab and new construction projects around the
country.
Rob
has served on many committees and boards during his lifetime
and is most proud of serving 8 years on one of the local area
school boards. Rob served 3 years as President of the School
Board. Rob is active in the community and stays apprised of
community and state affairs.
